Access & delivery help
Your access code is shown on the confirmation page the moment you pay. Lost it? Open your room and click Lost your code? — enter the email you bought with and the last four digits of your card, and the code appears. Still stuck, or having trouble opening the Manual or Exam? Email us from the address you purchased with and include your Stripe receipt. We'll get you in quickly.
Renewals after an exam attempt
If you sat the NASCLA Commercial General Building Contractor examination and did not pass, you can renew at a reduced rate: $59 for another 60 days of the Practice Exam, or $79 for another 60 days of the Manual and Exam together. To start a renewal, email support@plumblinegc.com with:
- The name and email used on your original purchase;
- Documentation of your examination result (for example, your official score notice);
- Which renewal you'd like — Exam ($59) or Manual + Exam ($79).
Once we verify your result, we'll send a secure renewal link (good for 14 days). Paying through it adds 60 days to your existing access code, on the current edition.
